A man was speeding down a highway surrounded by cars all going around 80 miles an hour. While ahe was passing another car ,an officer with a radar gun pulled him over. When the officer was handing the man the ticket,the man completed,”I knowI was speeding ,but this isn'tわfair. All the other cars around me were speeding,too .”the officer asked ,＂Have you ever gone fishing？＂ The man answered that he had．The Officer said，＂Have you ever caughf ALL the fish？＂

ある男が周りの車もスピードオーバーしているからいいやと思って違反速度で運転していたら他の車を追い抜かすタイミングで警察に止められてしまいました。彼は警察に「スピード違反していたのはわかっているが他の車も違反している。僕だけを取り締まるのは不公平だ」と文句を言った。すると警察は「あなたは魚釣りをしたことがありますか？」と聞いてきたので男は「ええ」と答えた。そこで警察は重ねて「あなたはすべての魚を捕まえたことはありますか？」（"すべての"を強調しながら）と聞きました。
つまり、違反で取り締まられた男を魚釣りでつられてしまった魚に例えたんですね
