behind    後ろに、後方に

【behind a house→家の裏側に】のように使います。

in front of  〜の前に

【in front of station→駅の前に】

before 〜より先に、〜する前に

【before a baby is bone→赤ちゃんが産まれる前に】

after 〜した後で、〜してから

【after 2days→2日後に（2日ぶりに）】

という感じですかね
