yがついているので混乱するかもしれませんが、
普通の因数分解、例えば
x^2 -3x+2=(x-1)(x-2)
と同じやり方で出来ますよ‼︎
なので、
x^2-4xy-5y^2=(x+y)(x-5y)
となります。
